Here at Catchpole Stays we rent all of our apartments and houses from landlords. This allows us to aquire more properties to meet the demand for short term accommodation, while providing the landlord with a good quality tenant.

How Does It Work?

Initial conversation

We have an initial phone consultation to understand more about you and what you are personally looking for as well as answering any questions about how we work.

Face to face viewing

If following the consultation we sound right for you and your property is right for us we arrange a face to face meeting at the property to analyse it in detail.

Agree on timeframes

If all goes well at the viewing we then begin conversations around the length of let and responsibilities before having them drawn up into a contact

Contracts signed and keys handed over

Once responsibilities are agreed we then sign contracts and begin renting your property.
